Combating vandalism and blight through public art and volunteer work.

BAC takes inspiration from the world-renowned Mural Arts Philadelphia initiative, a program implemented in 1984 to combat overwhelming vandalism throughout the city that has since grown to 4,000 public art installations throughout the City of Philadelphia.

The program has channelled professional development, training, and community engagement opportunities for residents, business owners, and artists to transform the creative fabric of the city from the ground up.

We believe the arts are capable of improving the quality of life and livability towards a stronger economy.

As the City of Everett grows, so should opportunities for local artists and businesses.
